Quick Notes --May 15 & May 16

This post is about my flight (May 15 to May 16) on the way to the United States. I will try my best to make it make sense because the notes I took doesn't really make sense but let me try.

So you know how the day plane has game shows? Well, these are facts that I learned from that (May 15, 2011):

• Mayonaise was invented in France
• Baseball, in Latin, means 'the gentle way'
• Ian Flemming created James Bond (probably everyone already knew that)
• The play, 'curveball' is in the sport baseball.

The notes below this is from the flight from Joburg to New York.

*About 3 and 1/2 hours till we reach destination- New York*

Movies I watched:

• Big Mammas Like Father, Like Son ( A great movie!!!)
• Over The Hedge (haven't seen that movie in ages!!)

Music I listened to:

• A Year Without Rain by Selena Gomez and the Scene,
• abit of Avril Lavigne,
• abit of Jonas L.A.
• abit of Disney's Greatest Hits, Vol. 1

Random notes:

• I got some sleep on the plane but I was ver ncomfortable. Oh! And there was even a whole moon! Very pretty!

May 16- Less than 60 minutes till reaching New York!!

• I saw the sun rise! I was thinking of taking a photo but I wasn't sure if I was aloud to to take one or not..so I didn't take one. But the sunrise was B-E-A-U-TIFUL!!
• We were probably about 2000 meters (in altitude) and all we coud see wa clouds. But it still looked pretty!! Thanks for reading my random notes that I took while flying! Blog more later!!

Friends!!

Hey all!

Sorry I haven't written in a while. But I wanted to make a post about my friends. So here it goes!

I am thankful what God has blessed me with. My family and friends. I love the friends He has blessed me with! I am soo thankful for them. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have them as my friends! That's how much I love them! I don't care if other people make fun of me for being their friends, that is their problem..I'm not going to betray my friends for someone else who probably is not my true friend. But I know I have true friends. I love them! They are too awesome! ;) But they are. Thank you GOD for blessing me with them! ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD! GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!! So, that is all I have to say for now. But I know I got my true friends right here. I know they always got my back and I will always have their back! Thank you guys sooo much!!! <3

Proverbs 10

This is just a random post about my 5 favorite verses in Proverbs 10.

Proverbs 10:8- "The wise in heart accept commands, but a chattering fool comes to ruin."
Proverbs 10:12- "Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs."
Proverbs 10:27- "The fear of the Lord adds length to life but the yearsof the wicked are cut short."
Proverbs 10:25- "When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone, but the righteous stand firm forever."
Proverbs 10:17-"He who heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray."

My favorite one out of these 5 and why:

I like Proverbs 10:12 because even if you dislike someone, you should still love them. It might be hard at first but if you ask God for help, He will help you. And by also loving your enemies, you are glorifying God and making Him happy. Isn't that what God wants from us?

What's Up!

Sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. The Internet has not been working lately. Well, I'll just fill you in on what's been happening with me. :)

It's 2011!! That was so quick. Feels like 2010 went too fast. Well, I had an awesome 2010!Christmas was great as well. I do hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year! The worst thing that happened before 2011 arrived is that I got sick with a cold a few days before New Year. But I didn't let that stop me from doing fireworks! Fireworks were great and hilarious for me!

I just also want to say congrats to the Evans who taught me ballet and art. They are having a baby boy! So Awesome! you can check out their blog, www.bechandmarleyevans.blogspot.com Oh, and talking about babies, my aunt had a baby girl! I have a new cousin!! =D I haven't seen my new cousin yet, but I do hope to soon!!

2010

2010 was a great year

But sometimes, there were fears

But in the end, it got great

But I think this came to late

During 2010

Some tears came out

Sometimes, it was great

And there was no doubt

Of course tears came now and then

But really, who doesn't do that?

But that was way back when
